Terms of Service

TUZAO.POD is a tool for cross-border e-commerce sellers to create new POD designs: you use the browser extension to collect reference designs in your own browser, AI remixes them into new designs, an IP risk pre-check runs, then background removal, mockups, and titles are done, and finally you export listing spreadsheets, images, and print files.

• Accounts are created by an admin; there's no public sign-up. You must change your password the first time you sign in.
• Keep your password and extension connection code safe and don't share them with anyone. If your code leaks, generate a new one in "Settings · Extension connection code". The old one stops working automatically.
• Admins can adjust your quota, reset your password, revoke your connection code, and deactivate your account.

• You're responsible for the content you list and publish, including images, titles, and product names.
• The system's IP risk pre-check can only block obvious high-risk content like brands, characters, and sensitive words. It isn't legal advice or a guarantee. Check everything again yourself before you list it.
• You may not use the Service to copy other people's designs.
• Collecting happens on your own computer and in your own browser, using your own TEMU account. Follow the rules of TEMU and any other platforms. If you hit a CAPTCHA, complete it yourself. The extension won't bypass it for you.

• The Service is provided as is and may be interrupted or make mistakes, including errors in AI-generated images and text, failed collecting, and third-party services being unavailable. Export and save important results promptly.
• Quotas and pricing rules are as described on the relevant pages at the time.
• Major changes such as discontinuing a feature or changing quotas or pricing will be announced on the website at least 7 days in advance. Temporary outages and emergency fixes are not announced in advance.

Images, titles, and other content you generate with the Service belong to you (or the company you work for) and may be used commercially. We claim no rights in them and won't use them publicly. AI-generated content may resemble other people's work, so make sure it doesn't infringe before you list it.

Future changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Once your account is deactivated, you can no longer use the Service.

If the English and Chinese versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Illinois. This section does not affect any rights that the laws where you live give you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
